MAILVANTIS LIMITED

1. Agreement

By creating a Mailvantis account you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. The service

Mailvantis provides AI-powered lead generation and outbound email tools for businesses. We find publicly listed business contacts, score them against your service, and generate personalized outreach emails.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use Mailvantis only for lawful B2B outreach purposes. You must NOT use Mailvantis to:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk email to consumers
• Collect personal consumer data
• Violate any applicable law, including NDPR, GDPR, CAN-SPAM, or CASL
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform
• Resell or redistribute Mailvantis data without permission
• Use the platform to harass or harm others

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Complying with email and data protection laws in your country and the countries you send emails to
• Including unsubscribe options in your outreach emails
• Honoring opt-out requests within the required timeframe
• The content of emails you send using Mailvantis
• Keeping your account credentials secure

5. Credits, plans, and payments

Mailvantis offers subscription plans billed in Naira (NGN) or USD through Paystack. Every action that costs money to us (finding a lead, scoring it, generating or sending an email, verifying an email address) spends credits from one account-wide balance.

Your plan's monthly credit allowance resets on your billing date and does not roll over — unused plan credits from one month do not carry into the next. Credits you purchase separately (top-ups, bonus credits) are different: they never expire and carry over indefinitely on top of your plan's monthly allowance.

Credits are non-refundable once spent on a completed action.

If you enable auto-renewal, your subscription renews automatically on your next billing date using your saved payment method, until you disable auto-renewal or your account is closed. You can turn auto-renewal on or off at any time in Settings. To change, downgrade, or cancel a paid plan outside of auto-renewal, contact info@getmailvantis.com. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods already paid.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5a. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance that requires downtime will be communicated in advance where practical.

Mailvantis depends on third-party services we do not control — lead data sources, AI providers, our hosting provider, and Paystack for payments. We are not liable for outages, slowdowns, or errors caused by any of these third-party services.

6. Free plan

The free plan is provided as-is with limited features. We may modify or discontinue the free plan at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Data and intellectual property

You own the leads you find and the emails you create using Mailvantis.

Mailvantis owns the platform, its code, design, and the aggregated, anonymized business intelligence database built from platform usage.

8. Limitation of liability

Mailvantis provides the platform as-is, without guarantees of results. We are not responsible for:

• Whether your outreach emails get replies
• The accuracy of lead data sourced from Google Maps or third-party websites
• Deliverability of emails you send through the platform
• Any losses resulting from use of the platform

9. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in spam, or misuse the platform, without prior notice.

You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing info@getmailvantis.com.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved in Nigerian courts.
